Regular Members are environmental authorities. The authority pays an annual membership fee based on the operating budget of the authority minus the debt service amount. All commissioners and managers and staff may attend AEA conferences at the member rate. All commissioners will have newsletters mailed to their homes. Single copies of monthly updates, special informational faxes and master copies of publications of the association are mailed, emailed or faxed to the authority Executive Director for distribution to other appropriate individuals. Regular Membership Info and Application

Associate Members
are companies that serve authorities with goods or services needed to operate the facilities or to comply with laws and regulations. Each member of the company is a member of AEA. The company identifies two contact representatives, who will receive the mailings and newsletters. Additional company members may be placed on the email and e-faxing list. All members of the company may attend AEA conferences at the member rate and serve on AEA committees.
