Tony
DiLodovico
Schoor
DePalma, Inc.
Mr.
DiLodovico, a Principal Vice President of the firm and
Regulatory Compliance and Permitting Expert, has 30 years
of technical experience. He is responsible for the
supervision and management of the firm’s Federal, State
and local permit, and regulatory compliance operations.
His many years of administrative and technical experience,
while working with and for governmental agencies on the
State and Federal levels, provides Mr. DiLodovico with the
necessary insight to develop, expedite and resolve complex
permit and regulatory compliance issues.
He is
considered by both the regulators and the regulated
community as an “expert” in Regulatory Compliance for
regulatory programs including water, wastewater, air,
solid waste, planning, land use, enforcement, wetlands,
soil erosion, flood plain management, pollution prevention
and stormwater management. |
Prior
to joining Schoor DePalma Mr. DiLodovico served as Branch
Chief with the United States Environmental Protection
Agency (USEPA) for both the Construction Grants and
National Pollutant Discharge and Elimination System (NPDES)
programs. He was also the Federal Coordinator for an
interagency agreement between USEPA and the US Army Corps
of Engineers and promulgated State of New Jersey
regulations and policies while on a special assignment
with the New Jersey Department of Environmental
Protection.
Tony
has been a presenter at many AEA programs and an active
member of the AEA Permits Committee. Most recently he has
been working with an ad hoc committee on Wastewater
Management Plans.
It is

selected Tony DiLodovico as this year’s Associate member
of the Year. |
