June 11, 2013 and June 13, 2013 "Successful Management of Infrastructure Projects"  Managing construction project contracts well from the get-go avoids unanticipated costs and delays - and even litigation -- later. AEA is offering a workshop aimed at helping municipal and utility managers, financial and purchasing staff, administrators, engineers and attorneys minimize risks, minimize the need for change-orders, effectively ride herd on projects, and avoid unanticipated delays and disruptions in all types of construction projects. This half-day seminar will be offered in two convenient locations.

Attendees will take away techniques and tips that can be applied to almost any kind of infrastructure project. The lead presenter will be Barry B. Bramble, Esq., an expert with over thirty years of experience in the construction industry resolving problems on environmental and public construction projects. Joining him will be Brent Carney, Esq., partner of the firm Maraziti, Falcon & Healey, an experienced counselor advising and defending public owners on construction contracting. Glen D. Petrauski, executive director, Somerset Raritan Valley Sewerage Authority in Bridgewater, NJ, will round out the presentation with the manager’s prospective.
