Our Action Plan

Each of these objectives represents what we believe AEA can and should achieve through the efforts of staff and members and a commitment of resources.

These objectives were developed after a careful analysis what we have done as an Association and where we want to go, and they are stated within a span of time. Coordinating Directors will meet with their core committees and prepare work plans for the year that identify specific objectives for committee chairs to accomplish. Please identify a schedule for the objective.

All coordinators should require newsletter articles and web information to be generated by either the core committee or the standing committees.  The deadlines for newsletter stories are:  March 26, July 16, September 9 and December 12.

Likewise, all coordinators should suggest conference topics, programs and speakers to educate members on topics of general concern.  This information should be related to staff and to the Conference Committee Chairmen Harry Gerken and Larry Riccio.

Please check the Association calendar with AEA Office Manager Karen Burris before scheduling meetings.
